CANCELLATION / REFUND & MODIFICATION RULES

REFUND RULES: The refund amount will be credited back to you and you can collect Cash / Cheque within 3-7 (Three to Seven) Working Days from the date of cancellation.

MODIFICATION RULES: The Modification/ Postponement of Booking is processed as per the Cancellation Rules and then re-confirmed for a later date as per the availability.
Note: Postponement/Preponement of Booking is allowed once only.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: Customer needs to confirm that they are 18 years of age or above and have the legal capability to agree to this Agreement and that all information provided in this respect to the use of service is true and accurate to the best of customer’s knowledge and belief.


AUTHORIZATION: We shall not be liable to you in respect of any delay in performance of these tours, terms and conditions or delay in performance or breach of the terms and conditions due to any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Note: It is mandatory than an adult must travel along with an Individual who is less than 18 years old and would be part of the entire trip.
